How we check doctors
We want patients to reach doctors through a process they can trust. Before a doctor appears on our platform, we run a first-level check of their qualifications and details. Any further verification, and the decision to consult, is up to the patient.
What “first-level verification” means
Doctors on the platform have had basic, first-level checks only (for example, confirming their email or phone number). We do not independently verify licences, credentials, qualifications or competence, so please check these yourself before a consultation.
